these terms and conditions apply to all mobile applications and digital products developed and published by end.works LLC. by downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

unless otherwise specified, our apps do not require user accounts, and your data is stored locally on your device.

some of our apps may offer optional paid features or subscriptions:

• auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans may be available.
• promotional pricing may be offered; charges apply once the trial ends unless cancelled.
• payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation.
• manage subscriptions via App Store or Google Play settings. deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• we do not issue refunds for unused periods. requests must be directed to Apple or Google support.

you agree to use our apps lawfully and respectfully. you must not:

• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• use the app in ways that could harm, disrupt, or misuse platform services.
• engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior related to the use of our apps.

your data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. by using the app, you consent to our data practices.

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
