about.
end.works is a one-person software studio. we build products we use ourselves and take on client work we believe in.
end.works started the day the founder got laid off. that moment, the end of a job, a chapter, a certainty, became the name. the “end” isn’t hidden or reframed. it’s the first word.
what followed was a deliberate choice: to build independently, to own the work, to be responsible for what gets shipped.
the name holds the paradox on purpose. an ending is also the moment just before something new begins. every product shipped since has carried that logic.
ender null doesn’t try to reframe the origin. neither does the name.

ender null.

ship it.
a product that exists beats a perfect product that doesn’t. we bias toward launching, learning from real usage, and iterating fast.
own the outcome.
we don’t hand off and disappear. we care about whether the thing we built actually works. for users, for the business, for the long run.
less, but better.
we remove scope, not add it. every feature should earn its place. the best interface is the one users don’t have to think about.
honest scoping.
we tell you what we think, not what you want to hear. if something will take longer or cost more than expected, we say so early.
